how did we do?

Just want to thank Mark Above and specifically Corbyn and Aaron for the great work troubleshooting our hot water problem. No hot water on Sunday, rang Mark Above 8am Monday morning and Corbyn arrived in 30 minutes, established the problem, explained the issue, got the part and installed it. Unfortunately we still didnt have any hot water.... rang again next morning and Aaron arrived in 30 minutes. He checked again and established that something unusual had happened overnight and best check with the power company if the "ripple control" on the hot water power supply had an issue before venturing down the expensive path of checking the element......he waited while I called. The power provider advised it should work by early afternoon, so we made arrangements to meet back at the house to see if it was working. Corbyn arrived and established it was still not working so we called back the power Co and they lodged a ticket with the local power provider to check the ripple control as a process of elimination.............. long story short, the power provider is coming to fix the problem 9:30pm Wed night....... without the advice and support from Aaron and Corbyn we would have likely gone down an incorrect and expensive path as we had no knowledge of "ripple controls" and how they can go wrong sometimes !.... we will definitely be using Mark Above for all our plumbing requirements.
